Why Stay with us?
We’ve lived in Brown County since 2016 and have spent our lives renovating, road tripping, and planning get-togethers and trips with large groups of friends and family.
So, we know how much work and thought goes into planning any trip, especially for a large group, and how frustrating it can be to find lodging that checks all your boxes. That’s why we designed and stocked the Barn Burner the way we did - we want to make it easy for you to plan your next trip with confidence and ease.
All the finishes, colors, and furnishings were selected and sourced by us and over 90% of the furniture, rugs, and lamps are vintage or antique. From the salvaged wood plank walls to the high-end bedding – the Brown County Barn Burner is a one-of-a-kind, unique AirBNB space with everything you could reasonably need to enjoy your stay.
What makes us different than a traditional hotel or airbnb?
Hotel rooms don’t typically come with a living space or kitchen separate from the sleeping area, and the amenities provided and options for private spaces are limited.
And staying at an AirBNB sometimes feels more like you’re an intruder in a stranger’s home, rather than enjoying a relaxing getaway, that’s just for you.
We pride ourselves on designing a one-of-a-kind space at the Brown County Barn Burner and providing an exceptional experience for our guests.
Here are just a few of the groups who Choose to stay with us.

Our four lodging units, plus the Event Space, are all in the same building and have a total of 9 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Each unit has its own kitchen, dining and living areas, laundry, on-site parking space, and access to the shared rooftop patio.

Family Reunions
The Brown County Barn Burner can work for all types of groups, but special consideration has been given to groups and families that are traveling with kids. Each unit comes stocked with a Pack ‘n Play with sheets, a highchair, kid’s plates and utensils, a retractable gate on all stairways, blackout shades and curtains in bedrooms, plus a selection of blocks and games.
The separate units and bedrooms mean that kids can be put down for naps or bedtime while adults gather on the rooftop patio, or other spaces in the units, and actually have some time to themselves to slow down and connect during their stay.
And, since we’re located near downtown Nashville, IN, it’s an easy walk to nearby stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. Which means everyone can stay entertained and flexible, while still meeting the needs of the entire group.
